Prior roles include Director of Operations at Actuate, where Olivier built a high-performing operations team and prepared the company for Series B funding, and Managing Principal at Wave 3 Consultants, providing strategic finance and interim leadership solutions for mid-market companies and startups. Olivier's previous experience includes senior managerial roles at EY, The Hackett Group, and Deloitte, focusing on business development, client delivery, and global business transformation.
