Tolga Ermis

Tolga Ermis is an experienced professional in the fields of sales, growth, and technology, currently serving as the Head of Sales and Growth for Europe at Actuate since April 2025, where responsibilities include leading go-to-market and partner strategies across DACH, the UK, and Western Europe. Concurrently, Tolga holds positions on the Advisory Board at Business Horse and as a Community Member of 2hearts, a non-profit dedicated to fostering cultural diversity in the tech sector. Previously, Tolga co-founded and served as CEO of promiseQ from October 2019 to April 2025, successfully raising €1.3 million in funding for AI-driven security solutions. With experience as a Development Engineer at IAV GmbH and a Software Test Engineer at Hella Aglaia Mobile Vision GmbH, Tolga possesses a strong foundation in autonomous driving technology, having also contributed to the automotive field through internships and research roles. Tolga earned a Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Universität Paderborn.
