Steve Kitson

Steve Kitson is a highly experienced management consultant currently working with IMPAX Consulting Limited, where efforts focus on assisting founders and management teams in building effective businesses. Kitson serves as Chair for multiple organizations, including Impulsonics, Actuation Lab, LumOptica, and previously FSD Active Ltd and KETS Quantum Security Ltd, contributing expertise in acoustics, advanced materials, optics, and quantum technologies. Additionally, Kitson holds the position of Honorary Professor at both the University of Exeter and the University of Bristol, and has an extensive background in innovation, having co-founded and led Folium Optics. Kitson earned a Ph.D. and a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Exeter.
