Martin Rychter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries.

Martin is currently working at ACTUM Digital as the Head of Project Management Office, a position they started in June 2022.

Before their current role, they worked at Mooza Inspire, a European Salesforce Partner, where they held two positions. Martin was a Project Management Team Lead from July 2021 to December 2021 and an Engagement Manager from February 2021 to June 2021.

Prior to that, Martin worked at GuideVision, a ServiceNow Elite Partner, as a Delivery Leader | Managing Consultant from August 2018 to December 2020.

Martin has also worked at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Czech as a Solutions Consultant from January 2013 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for customer-oriented solutions from Konica Minolta's portfolio and integrating strategic partners to deliver added value. Martin also had managerial responsibilities, coordinating a team of account managers and overseeing the overall sales cycle.

Before joining Konica Minolta, they worked at Pro Document Services as a Sales Manager from June 2010 to August 2012. Prior to that, they were a Key Account Manager at PrintSoft Czech Republic from May 2004 to May 2010.

Martin's early career includes a role in sales at ORTEX, where they worked from September 2002 to May 2004.

Martin Rychter obtained their Ing. degree in Information Management from the University of Hradec Králové, where they studied from 1997 to 2003. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Headless 101: Your journey to headless and Headless 102: Focused on content from Kentico in July 2022. Martin also holds the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert, earned in October 2020. Furthermore, they are a Certified System Administrator from ServiceNow, achieved in August 2020. Other certifications include PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation, and ITIL Foundation, all received from PeopleCert in 2018.
