Tereza Gutierrez

Tereza Gutierrez has a diverse work experience, with a strong background in project coordination and management. Tereza began their career as a Project Coordinator at SITRONICS Telecom Solutions, Czech Republic a.s., where they worked from October 2007 to April 2009. Tereza then joined YOUR SYSTEM, spol. s r.o. as a Project Coordinator from May 2009 to February 2010.

From February 2010 to March 2013, Tereza worked at ČEZ ICT Services, a.s. as a Project Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for customer requirement service, project schedule tracking, resource planning, cost control, and tracking deliverables for various projects.

Tereza then took a sabbatical in the US from April 2013 to April 2014. After their sabbatical, they worked as a Technical Editor for the NEFLT team at the University J.E.Purkyně, Ústí nad Labem, Czech Republic from May 2013 to April 2014.

In June 2014, Tereza joined NN pojišťovna a penzijní společnost as an IT Coordinator. Tereza'smain responsibilities included coordinating IT projects, resource and budget planning, project schedule tracking, and regular reporting to the business. Tereza also managed the recruitment of external IT resources and worked on tender processes.

Most recently, Tereza worked at ACTUM Digital from October 2017. Tereza started as a Project Coordinator and later became an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master. Tereza'sresponsibilities included leading and coaching cross-functional development teams, communication with Product Owners, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and setting up projects in JIRA and Confluence.

Tereza Gutierrez obtained a Master's degree from the University of Hradec Králové in 2007.
