Chapin Fay has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Political Associate for NRCC. Chapin then worked as Counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives from 2009 to 2010. Following that, they served as Campaign Manager for Taxpayers for Wilson from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Marwood Group as a Vice President. Chapin then worked as Campaign Manager for Joe Kyrillos for U.S. Senate in 2012. In 2013, they served as Media Advisor for Catsimatidis 2013 and later became the Campaign Manager for Lee Zeldin for Congress from 2013 to 2014. Chapin joined Mercury in 2014 as the Vice President/Associate Counsel until 2018, when they became the Senior Vice President/Associate Counsel until 2019. In 2020, they founded and became the CEO of Lighthouse Public Affairs. Finally, in 2022, they joined Actum as the Managing Director.
Chapin Fay completed their high school education at Garden City High School from 1992 to 1996 and received a diploma. Following this, from 1996 to 2000, they attended Amherst College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law, Jurisprudence & Social Thought. Later, from 2003 to 2007, Chapin Fay pursued higher education at Fordham University School of Law, where they obtained a Doctor of Law degree or JD. Their field of study during this time was law.
