Joshua Baggott

Joshua Baggott is an experienced software developer with a strong background in leading development projects at Acturis Limited since August 2018. As Lead Developer and previously Senior Developer, Joshua has successfully managed large-scale infrastructure overhauls and collaborated with business analysts to deliver technical specifications. Expertise includes building internal web-based tools utilizing React TypeScript and C#, and enhancing database performance through collaboration with database administrators. Joshua has also played a pivotal role in mentoring junior developers and creating targeted training materials. Earlier experience includes serving as Treasurer for Manchester Students for the Exploration and Development of Space, overseeing funding for student projects. Joshua holds a Master’s degree in Physics with Astrophysics from The University of Manchester and attended the Sutton Trust Summer School in Physics at the University of Cambridge.
