Previously, he served as CEO of SPI Pharma and spent 29 years at BASF in senior roles, including Senior Vice President for North America Care Chemicals and Global Pharmaceutical Solutions. His extensive experience includes leadership in sales, marketing, innovation, and operational management across personal care, pharmaceuticals, and industrial markets. Scott has split his time between the US and Europe, reflecting his global expertise. He holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
