Mukund R. S

Mukund R. S has extensive experience in the legal and compliance field. Mukund currently works as the General Counsel & Head of Legal & Compliance at actyv.ai®. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at Aon from 2018 to 2022. Mukund also took a sabbatical from work from March to August 2018. Before joining Aon, Mukund held various roles at companies such as IBS Software Services, Symphony Teleca, Tattva Group, Hinduja Global Solutions Limited, Xchanging Limited, Flextronics Design Limited, and Nuance Transcription Services India Private Limited. In these positions, they gained experience in areas such as contract drafting and negotiation, compliance program management, corporate communications, and legal and company affairs.

Mukund R. S started their education at St. Xaviers School in Bokaro Steel City, where they completed their ICSE (Std X) degree between the years 1980 and 1990. Following this, they enrolled at Christ University in Bangalore from 1990 to 1992, where they pursued IInd PUC with a field of study in Science (P.C.M.B). Afterward, they attended Christ University for another year, from 1992 to 1993, but discontinued their studies after the first year of a BA degree in Journalism, Psychology, and English Literature. Finally, from 1993 to 1998, Mukund R. S obtained their BA LLB (Hons) degree in Corporate Law from the National Law School of India University.
