Ronald Saxton has over a decade of experience in the insurance and information technology sectors. Currently, Ronald serves as a GCC Service Desk Analyst I at Acuative, where responsibilities include providing first-level support for IT issues, managing incidents, and updating the internal knowledge base. Prior to Acuative, Ronald worked as a Claims Adjuster at Sedgwick, managing vehicle coverage claims, and held positions with National General Insurance and State Farm in various claims and customer service roles. Ronald began the insurance career as an Insurance Representative at Lem Howard Agency and Ellis Wester - State Farm Insurance. Ronald completed a Certificate in Network and System Administration from Cuyahoga Community College in 2017.
