Anita Jones, CPP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 35 years of work experience. Anita is currently serving as the Human Resource Director at Acucote Inc since February 1997. In this role, Anita is responsible for creating a value-based environment that fosters employee engagement, managing human capital, and overseeing recruitment and turnover. Prior to joining Acucote Inc, they worked as a Payroll Administrator/asst. accountant at Ralph Scott Lifeservices from 1992 to 1997. Anita also has experience as an Owner of Markus' Shoes Inc. from 1982 to 1992.

Anita Jones, CPP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Greensboro College. Anita also has completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Accounting from Alamance Community College. In addition to their education, Anita has obtained several certifications, including the SHRM-SCP from the SHRM institution in January 2015, the Certified Payroll Professional certification from the American Payroll Association in January 2012, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2001.
