Allison Piguet is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at both Acuity Brands and Distech Controls since October 2022, as well as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Korn Ferry since March 2022, Allison has developed extensive expertise in recruitment strategies. Previous roles include serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Galderma, a Recruitment Specialist at WIPO, and various positions at UNDP, ECMWF, and UPU. With a strong educational foundation that includes two Master's degrees from Université de Genève and a Bachelor's degree from San Diego State University, Allison brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the field of recruitment and talent management.
