Dama Gineris

Dama Gineris currently serves as the Vice President of HR Shared Services at Acuity Brands, a position held since August 2017, where significant transformations have been implemented to enhance both scalability and strategic value within the HR function, resulting in improved performance and associate experience. Previously, Dama held several vice president roles within Acuity Brands, including Vice President of Human Resources for Global Supply Chain and for Acuity Brands Lighting, Inc., as well as the Director of HR for Global Sales & Intelligent Business Spaces Group. Dama is pursuing a Master of Education in Learning, Leadership, and Organizational Design at The University of Georgia, having previously earned a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and Management from Shorter University and a Paralegal Certificate from the American Institute for Paralegal Studies.
