Daren Cox

Daren Cox is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in operational financial support. Currently serving as VP of Finance at Acuity Brands since December 1995, Daren is responsible for financial close, reporting, cash flow investment, and forecasting processes for the Product, Engineering, and Marketing groups. Prior to this role, Daren worked as a Financial Analyst at Bank One from August 1994 to December 1995, supporting various credit card portfolios. Daren holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business, completed between 1992 and 1994, as well as a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same institution, awarded in 1990.
