Lori Shaw

Lori Shaw has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Lori currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Acuity Eye Group since May 2022. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Total Vision LLC from August 2018 to March 2022. Lori also held the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at CalOptima in 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Advisor, Certified Professional Coach, and Board Member from 2015 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they held various human resources roles at Alliance HealthCare Services, Health Essentials LLC, OptumHealth/UnitedHealth Group, Leadership Within LLC, HealthEast, and Fairview Health Services.

Lori Shaw holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Speech Communications and Human Resources from St. Cloud State University, which they attended from 1985 to 1989. In 2017, Lori obtained the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation.
