Bill Kenefick

Bill Kenefick has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bill currently holds the position of Senior Director of Sales and Team Lead at illumin (AcuityAds Inc.), where they are responsible for bringing the industry's first Journey Advertising Platform to market and working with brands, agencies, and marketers. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Sales at the same company.

Before joining illumin, Bill worked as a Senior Programmatic Sales Manager at Vox Media, Inc., where they were responsible for programmatic sales in the Midwest territory. Bill also served as a Director of Agency Sales - Central at Magnetic, a leader in search, intent, and shopper targeting. At Magnetic, Bill worked with agencies and trading desks to support clients in various verticals.

Additionally, Bill has experience in non-profit work as a Junior Board Member at Foundations of Music, where they generated donations and revenue to support the organization's growth. Bill also worked at Ziff Davis, Inc. as a Senior Account Executive, selling NetShelter Data Powered Media and BuyerBase in the Midwest region.

Earlier in their career, Bill worked at inPowered as a Senior Account Executive and Account Executive, selling digital media and earned advertising solutions for NetShelter Technology Media. Bill was also an Affiliate Sales Associate at Total Attorneys, where they identified and closed relationships to generate revenue.

Bill's early career included a role as a Marketing and Business Development Manager at Cyberworks Media Group, where they delivered presentations and business proposals to close deals for CMS, eCommerce, web design, and application development solutions.

Throughout their career, Bill has demonstrated strong sales and leadership skills, consistently exceeding individual goals and building relationships with clients and agencies.

Bill Kenefick completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Sociology at Loyola Marymount University from 2001 to 2005. Bill also participated in a Study Abroad Program at Loyola University Chicago's John Felice Rome Center in 2004. Prior to that, they attended St. Ignatius College Prep from 1997 to 2001.
