Rafael Andrade Perez-Cossio

Rafael Andrade Perez-Cossio has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rafael currently holds the position of Director of Business Development at illumin, where they focus on expanding their portfolio in SSP and Exchange. Rafael is responsible for forging partnerships and driving success for the company.

Prior to illumin, Rafael worked at Performance Marketing Barcelona as a Co-Organizer, taking on this role from September 2017 to March 2020.

From 2017 to 2019, Rafael held two different roles at Tappx. Rafael started as the Head of Demand, where they managed account handling, prospecting, and developed an extensive network of partnerships. Later on, they became the Advertiser Business Developer, where they searched for new deals and integrated with DSPs, SSPs, agencies, and advertisers.

Before Tappx, Rafael worked at Adcash, where they held multiple roles. As an Advertiser Team Manager, they managed direct key advertisers and guided the team. Prior to that, they were an Advertiser Manager, focusing on managing clients and partner relations. Rafael also served as the Country Manager for Spain and LATAM, working with publishing clients and optimizing website monetization solutions.

Rafael's earlier work experience includes a role as a Customer Support Representative at IGT, where they provided support to customers and affiliates. Rafael also worked as a Travel Consultant at SAS, providing support in multiple languages and handling reservations and sales.

Furthermore, Rafael has experience in human resources, specifically as the Human Resources Responsible at Transports Municipals d'Egara S.A., a role they held at Avanza Grupo from 1999 to 2007.

Rafael Andrade Perez-Cossio completed a Master's degree in Digital Marketing & e-Commerce from EAE Business School between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a course on Estonian and Russian culture & languages at Tallinn University from 2008 to 2009. Rafael also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, which they pursued from 2002 to 2007. Their education also includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the same university, which they completed between 1996 and 2000. In addition, Rafael holds a certification in Online Master in AI and Innovation from Founderz, which was obtained in 2023.
