Tejal J is an experienced leader in customer success, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise and Growth Customer Success at AcuityMD since March 2024. Prior to this role, Tejal held various leadership positions at Productiv from April 2020 to January 2024, including Director of Customer Success and Interim Head of Customer Success, Onboarding, Training, and Employee Enablement. Tejal’s background also includes significant roles at Zuora from April 2014 to April 2020, where responsibilities ranged from Sr. Manager of Customer Success to Product Owner for Subscription Billing and Payments. Earlier experience includes positions at Clear2Pay as an Account Manager and at PDDN Inc as a PeopleSoft Business Systems Analyst. Tejal J holds two M.B.A. degrees, one from Santa Clara University (2011-2013) and another from ICFAI (2004-2006).
