Jason Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Jason started their career as a Private Tutor at Stellenbosch University and Private Capacity in 2012, where they assisted in teaching and tutoring students. In 2014, they continued their role as a Private Tutor while also working as a Demi (Lecturer Assistant) at Stellenbosch University.

In 2015, Jason transitioned into the finance and data analysis field, working as a Junior Accountant at Money in Motion CC. Jason then joined FinChoice as a Trainee Marketing Analyst, where they developed skills in SQL coding and executed marketing processes. Jason then moved on to become a Junior Data Analyst at FinChoice, focusing on reporting and optimizing marketing activities.

After gaining experience in data analysis, Jason joined Mukuru in 2017 as a BI Analyst. Jason was responsible for daily reporting, building reports, and improving existing processes. In 2019, they took on additional responsibilities as a BI Analyst Developer, where they designed and implemented daily ETL improvements and migrated the system from Redshift to MSSQL.

Currently, Jason is working at Aculocity as a Business Intelligence Engineer, starting in 2021. Their role involves utilizing their expertise in business intelligence to contribute to the company's goals.

Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated their passion for data, business intelligence, and process improvement. Jason has also gained experience in training and collaborating with team members.

Jason Bailey completed their high school education at Paul Roos Gymnasium from 2005 to 2009, earning a Matric (grade 12) degree in the field of High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Jason then went on to Stellenbosch University/Universiteit Stellenbosch, where they pursued a Bachelor of Accounting degree (B.Acc) from 2010 to 2014.
