Aliya Rakimgulova has been with Acumatica since 2015. As VP of Global Support, she is responsible for product and developer support—focusing on ensuring client satisfaction, developing and retaining talent, improving customer self-service options, adding value to product quality, and resolving customers’ issues in a timely way. Prior to joining Acumatica Aliya served as VP of Global Support at Acronis, managing the company’s 24/7 support department and providing technical support in nine languages. Aliya holds a BS degree in Mathematics from Novosibirsk State University.
