Swagata Banerjee

Swagata Banerjee has a comprehensive work experience in software quality assurance and engineering. Starting as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at BroadSoft in 2016, they then transitioned to Cisco in 2018 in a similar role. In 2020, they joined Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Customer Service Specialist before moving to Acumatica, where they progressed from a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer and ultimately landing the role of Quality Team Lead. In 2021, they explored entrepreneurship.

Swagata Banerjee holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal formerly WBUT, completed in 2016. In 2020, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Humber College. Swagata also holds additional certifications in Verified International Academic Qualifications and Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master, obtained in 2020.
