Swagata Banerjee has a comprehensive work experience in software quality assurance and engineering. Starting as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at BroadSoft in 2016, they then transitioned to Cisco in 2018 in a similar role. In 2020, they joined Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Customer Service Specialist before moving to Acumatica, where they progressed from a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer and ultimately landing the role of Quality Team Lead.
