Ajay Sharma is a seasoned professional with a robust background in management and strategy. Currently serving as the CEO and General Manager (Strategy) at Shram Sarathi since June 2021, Ajay is also an Acumen Social Innovator Fellow at Acumen Academy since October 2022. Prior experience spans over a decade at McKinsey & Company, where Ajay held various roles culminating in Manager, and a Business Analyst position at marketRx (a Cognizant company). Ajay's educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), an MBA from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), and a Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training from Yoga Vidya Gurukul.
