Austin Hancock

Austin Hancock has a diverse work experience that spans different industries. Austin is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Acumen Fiscal Agent since July 2023. Prior to that, they held various positions at Cable ONE, including Senior Director of Integration from April 2021 to July 2023, Senior Director of Business Intelligence from January 2020 to January 2022, and Director of Business Intelligence from January 2017 to January 2020. Austin also worked as a Technical Instructor at Arizona State University from August 2014 to December 2016. Austin began their career in the US Navy as a Division Officer, serving from June 2010 to July 2014.

Austin Hancock has a diverse education history. Austin obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Quantitative Economics from the United States Naval Academy, which they attended from 2005 to 2008. Afterward, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, completing the program in 2010. In 2010 and 2011, Austin attended the Nuclear Power School - Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC) to study Nuclear Engineering. In 2022, they obtained a certification as a Certified Post Merger Integration Specialist (CPMI) from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA), specializing in M&A Process, Strategy, Deal Types, Post Merger Integration, Synergies Tracking and Realization. Additionally, Austin has obtained various certifications in different subjects such as AI tools, business strategy, cloud computing, IT architecture, and more, from institutions like LinkedIn and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
