Maame Akosua Ohemeng-Tinyase Mph

Maame Akosua Ohemeng-Tinyase, MPH, is a skilled Data and Policy Analyst at Acumen, LLC since August 2022. Previously, Maame served as a Program Assistant for Faculty Development & Diversity at Boston University, conducting literature reviews and assisting in grant writing. As a Research Assistant at Boston University School of Medicine, Maame contributed to a project exploring health equity and patient satisfaction related to fibroids and abnormal uterine bleeding, while also drafting an IRB application and designing a patient satisfaction survey. Maame's early experience includes a Graduate Student Assistant position at Boston University Disability & Access Services and teaching African dances through the OMNI Africa Program at the Herbert F. Johnson Museum. Maame holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, Health, and Society from Cornell University.
