Shruti Police

Shruti Police is a skilled Data and Policy Analyst currently employed at Acumen, LLC since July 2023. Previously, Shruti contributed as a SOURCE Service Scholar with the Maryland Health Care for All! Coalition, focusing on expanding healthcare access through community outreach and legislative advocacy during the 2023 General Assembly. Experience as a SafeRx Santa Cruz AmeriCorps Member involved enhancing public health initiatives and community engagement. Earlier roles included serving as a Legislative Intern for the Virginia Governor's Office, conducting research on labor legislation, and working as a Legal Intern at both Hanover County Courthouse and Jacksonville Area Legal Aid. Shruti holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics, Economics, and Law from the University of Richmond, supplemented by studies at Uppsala University.
