Cornelia Tremann

Cornelia Tremann, PhD, is the founder of Investress, an organization focused on closing gender financing and data gaps. Currently serving as a Partner and Mentor at Acumen, Cornelia has nearly two decades of expertise in growth, innovation, and impact measurement, particularly in emerging economies. They have held various roles in prestigious organizations, including the UNDP, USAID, and the U.S. Department of State, and have lived in multiple countries across different continents. Cornelia earned a PhD in Political Economy of Development and China-Africa Relations from SOAS, University of London, along with an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BA from the University of Queensland.
