Hannah Tofilska

Hannah Tofilska, CPA has a diverse work experience with various roles in finance and tax. Hannah started their career as a Volunteer Tax Preparer at AccountAbility Minnesota in 2010. In the same year, they also had a Tax Intern role at Grant Thornton LLP before becoming the President of the Bethel Business and Economics Association from 2010 to 2011. Hannah then returned to Grant Thornton LLP as a Senior Tax Associate from 2011 to 2016, during which they also served as an International Assignee, taking on additional responsibilities such as leading tax strategy acceptance and providing tax technical support. In 2016, they joined Acumen as a Senior Finance Associate and worked their way up to Finance Manager in 2018, Financial Controller in 2020, and ultimately Director of Finance starting in 2023. In addition to their professional experience, Hannah was also self-employed as a Harpist since 2007.

Hannah Tofilska, CPA, has a strong educational background. Hannah obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, and German (Magna Cum Laude) from Bethel University in 2011. In 2017, they pursued their Graduate studies at New York University, specializing in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management. Additionally, they hold the professional certification of Certified Public Accountant, which was granted by the New York State Education Department in 2012.
