Mong Owa Ching Marma

Mong Owa Ching Marma is a skilled Gender, Disaster Management, and Climate Change Specialist at World Vision Bangladesh since April 2025, with expertise in integrating gender into disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation, and agricultural development initiatives. As a Fellow in the Acumen Fellowship Program 2022, Mong has enhanced global leadership skills among a diverse group of professionals. Previous roles include Protection Officer and Protection Assistant at the Danish Refugee Council, focusing on protection assessments and community awareness initiatives, as well as Executive Airport Service Officer at US-Bangla Airlines, where customer service and operational safety were prioritized. Mong holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Green University of Bangladesh.
