Albert Cuadrante is a seasoned professional in customer experience, marketing, and brand development, currently serving as the Chief Customer Experience and Digital Channels Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at UnionBank of the Philippines since August 2021. Cuadrante holds board positions with the Digital Marketing Association of the Philippines and the APAC Tambuli Awards as a board member and advisor, respectively, while also chairing Acumen Strategy Consultants, a management and brand development firm. Previously, Cuadrante held various leadership roles at Jollibee Foods Corporation, including Head of Digital Commerce & Customer Loyalty and President of Greenwich. Cuadrante also contributed to academia as a lecturer at Ateneo de Manila University, teaching Advertising Management. Cuadrante's early career includes consultancy work with Globe Telecom and brand management with Procter & Gamble Philippines. Cuadrante earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University.
