As President of New Leaf Multimedia Outsourcing Inc. since May 2013, TJ oversees the direction of the company’s titles and publications in the Philippines. Previous positions include Managing Director at Thames International Business School and General Manager at Culture Group Pte Ltd. Additionally, TJ has held significant roles at NuWorks Interactive Labs, Inc., and Hot Air Balloon Digital Group Inc., where responsibilities included digital transformation and brand development. At Dentsu Indio, overseeing operations and creative direction for well-known clients was key to professional success. Educational credentials include an Executive Leadership Accelerator Programme from Hyper Island and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of the Philippines.
