Marco Gritti

Marco Gritti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability, agriculture, and technology sectors. Currently serving as the National Director of ESG at Acumentis Group since October 2025, Marco leads the national ESG Advisory Services business with a focus on growth and strategic impact. As a co-founder of Fifth Harvest, Marco is dedicated to transforming urban spaces into productive farmland producing sustainable leafy greens and herbs. Prior roles include Commercial Director at eWater Systems, where innovative technology replaced traditional sanitizing chemicals, and Head of Commercial at Bardee, a company focused on converting food waste into protein. Additionally, Marco has held positions as Head of Sales at RedGrid and Business Development Manager at Black & White Waiters, alongside a brief tenure as a marketing manager. Marco's educational background includes studies at the University of Melbourne and Wesley College, culminating in a High School Diploma with the IB program. An author by profession, Marco published a novel recognized in Italian libraries.
