Timothy Rabbitt

Timothy Rabbitt is the Managing Director and CEO of Acumentis Group, the only property valuation and advisory firm listed on the ASX, a position held since September 2019. Before this role, Timothy served as Acting CEO of LMW and as National Director of the Australian Property Institute, where efforts focused on brand enhancement and service delivery for members. As Managing Director of Taylor Byrne from 2013 to 2018, Timothy led a transition to a corporate structure emphasizing governance and compliance. The professional journey began as Property Officer at Queensland Electricity Commission and included significant growth contributions to Taylor Byrne from 1992. Timothy holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and degrees from various Australian institutions, including an Associate Diploma in Real Estate Valuation and a Bachelor's in Economics.
