Aland Acuna is currently an Enterprise Agile Coach at Acuna Consulting Inc, where Aland helps businesses grow through the power of Agility. Aland also serves as the Director on the Board of Directors at SMALL AND EMERGING CONTRACTORS ADVISORY FORUM, aiding small and emerging government contractors to achieve growth. With previous experience as a Senior Agile Coach, Senior SAFe Coach, and Director of Agile Project Management, Aland has a strong background in implementing Agile methodologies and driving business transformation. Aland holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and a Certificate in Franchise Management Systems from Georgetown University.
