Kristin Schultes

Kristin Schultes is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Acuren since December 2024, Kristin also holds a position on the Board of Directors at Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH) since October 2019. Previously, Kristin held various leadership roles at APi Group, including Vice President of Corporate Development and Vice President of Integration, and worked as President at Metropolitan Mechanical Contractors. Kristin's earlier experience includes roles at Grant Thornton as Chief Financial Officer and Audit Manager, as well as positions at Deloitte in audit and assurance. Kristin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and is a certified public accountant (CPA).
