Ginnifer Pressley

Ginnifer Pressley serves as a Client Success Manager at ACU-Serve Corp. since August 2007, collaborating with various DME clients across multiple states to facilitate seamless revenue processes. Additionally, Ginnifer has owned and managed Tough Bodies Fitness since 2003, a local gym established by their father in 1986. Prior experience includes serving as Medicaid Team Lead at Acuserve from August 2007 to February 2023, demonstrating expertise in Medicaid and MCOs across the United States, as well as experience as a bartender at Hones Corner Cafe from March 2013 to December 2019. Academically, Ginnifer holds a Bachelor's degree and an Associate of Arts in Organizational Leadership, along with a green belt in Six Sigma and a certification in DME billing and coding from The University of Akron. A license in real estate was obtained from Hondros College in 2000.
