Howie Pether

Howie Pether has a significant work experience spanning over two decades. Howie has held various roles in different companies, including Acushnet Europe Ltd, where they currently serve as the Finance Director EMEA. Prior to that, they were the General Manager at Hytera Communications UK. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Sepura, where they held positions such as Head of Commercial Finance and Compliance, Head of Commercial Finance, and COO Business Programme Manager.

Before joining Sepura, Howie Pether was the Managing Director and Group Finance Director at Biochrom Ltd, where they managed the financial and operational performance of the company and its European subsidiaries. Howie also worked as a Financial Controller at Agilent Technologies, where they were responsible for the EMEA Agilent Division's CFO role and re-designed the business model for the European instrument service business.

Earlier in their career, they served in finance management roles at Agilent Technologies and Hewlett-Packard. Overall, Howie Pether has demonstrated their expertise in finance, operations, and management throughout their career.

Howie Pether attended Cranfield University from 2014 to 2015 where they pursued a Directors Programme in the School of Management. Prior to that, they studied at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 1993 to 1995. Howie also holds a BSc Hons degree in Business & Manufacturing Management from De Montfort University, which they completed from 1988 to 1992. Howie Pether completed their secondary education at Burford School from 1982 to 1988.
