Matt Crimmin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matt is currently the Head of Corporate Strategy and Development at Acushnet Company, starting in 2023. Prior to this, Matt worked at Converse as the Director of Enterprise Strategy from 2021 to 2023. Before that, they held the role of Director of Strategy Advisory Practice at KPMG US from 2018 to 2021. Matt also served as the VP of New Product Development and VP of Lab Operations at GIA (Gemological Institute of America) from 2014 to 2018. Their career began at Procter & Gamble, where they worked as an Assistant Brand Manager in 2013 and as a Brand Management Intern in 2012. Prior to that, Matt held roles at GIA as a Director of Laboratory Strategic Initiatives from 2010 to 2011, and at Alliance Consulting Group as a Consultant and Associate Consultant from 2006 to 2010. Matt also gained experience as a Business Manager/Footwear Buyer at Rhode Runner from 2002 to 2006 and as Staff at Marathon Sports from 2001 to 2006.
Matt Crimmin attended Brown University from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Matt then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Marketing at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management from 2011 to 2013.
