Mike Baldridge

Mike Baldridge is a security and military operations professional with extensive experience in various roles related to security management and adversary operations. Currently serving as a Security Agent at Acushnet Company since August 2023, Mike previously held the position of Project Manager at One Shield Security Services from December 2022 to August 2023. From August 2019 to December 2022, Mike worked as an Adversary Subject Matter Expert at the DOD Civilian (GS) level and led adversary operations at Obsidian Solutions Group LLC during the same period. Additional experience includes serving as an Adversary Corps Subject Matter Expert at VATC and an Infantry Subject Matter Expert at Katmai Government Services. Before these roles, Mike was an Irregular Warfare Instructor at the Marine Raider Training Center, training special operations students in various aspects of asymmetrical warfare. Mike's military background includes a tenure as a Marine Special Operations Element Leader with 1st Raider Battalion from March 2010 to September 2015. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from San José State University.
