Daniel Czermak

As president of AcuteCare Health System, Daniel Czermak, Esq., has been responsible for all aspects of this company since its inception in 2002 to establish and manage long term acute care hospitals. Since that time, he has overseen its growth into a $20 million, 200-employee business, whose flagship operation is Specialty Hospital of Central Jersey. Czermak has been intimately involved in starting several successful businesses in the health care and high-technology sectors. His prior business experience includes a tenure as chief executive officer of Rein & Co., a Lakewood, N.J.-based management consulting firm serving the high-tech industry. In this role, Czermak was responsible for bringing together key executive leadership from both Fortune 100 companies and venture-backed start-ups. He also served as a venture partner in Rein Capital, a $50 million venture capital practice in Lakewood focused on early-stage investment in the technology sector. Before joining Rein Capital, Czermak was an associate at Yankowitz, Goldsmith & Sayers, focusing on corporate and real estate law. He holds a law degree from Rutgers University, Newark, N.J., and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Touro College, New York, N.Y.
