The Project Management Team at Acutronic is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within the Simulation & Test Division. They coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure that inertial guidance test systems and motion simulators meet client specifications and are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, the team facilitates communication between stakeholders, manages resources, and addresses any project-related challenges to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
