Johan Krebbers

Johan Krebbers has an extensive work experience in various companies. Johan has served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Acuvate since December 2023. Prior to that, they were involved in the development and engineering of digital solutions at Digital Nasional Berhad from August 2020 onwards. In 2021, within Digital Nasional Berhad, they took on the role of overseeing the development of 5G enabled digital solutions across different industries.

Before joining Acuvate and Digital Nasional Berhad, Johan worked at Shell for a significant period. Johan held multiple roles at Shell, including General Manager of the Digital Center of Excellence - Emerging Technologies. In this position, they were responsible for the development and management of the OSDU Data Platform and the Open Footprint Data Platform. Johan also served as the IT CTO (VP IT Innovation) at Shell, providing advice to the Group CIO and working with various cloud and platform technologies. Prior to that, they held the roles of IT CTO & VP TaCIT Architecture and Group IT Architect at Shell. Johan's tenure at Shell lasted from 2005 to 2021.

Johan Krebbers completed their education in Electronics & Informatica from Hogere Technische School (HTS) between 1971 and 1977, earning the degree of ING. There is no information available regarding any additional certifications they may have obtained.
