Bryan Dougherty

Bryan Dougherty has a diverse work experience in the auction and auto industry. Bryan started their career as a Fleat Lease Coordinator at Auction Broadcasting Company in 2003. Bryan then moved to ADESA Washington DC in 2006, where they initially worked as an Inside Sales representative and later became the Dealer Sales & Services Manager. During their time at ADESA, they successfully managed the outside dealer sales team and oversaw significant growth in vehicle sales. In 2014, Bryan joined Winchester Auto Auction as the General Manager, where they played a crucial role in day-to-day operations, staff training and coaching, and communicating company values. Currently, Bryan is employed at ACV Auctions, where they started as a Territory Manager and quickly grew into the role of Regional Sales Director.

Bryan Dougherty earned their Bachelor's degree in Political Science from West Virginia University in the years 1998-2002.
