Janelle Mikac

Janelle Mikac is a seasoned legal and human resources professional with extensive experience in litigation and employment law. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel for ACV Auctions since October 2020, Janelle leads efforts in litigation and employment matters. Previously, Janelle held the position of SVP of Human Resources & General Counsel at Founders Software, overseeing HR and legal functions across various subsidiaries. Earlier roles include positions at J. Hegg Law, PLLC, where Janelle developed a practice in consumer, employment, and civil rights law, and work at Consumer Litigation Associates, PC, focusing on complex consumer financial litigation. Janelle began her legal career as a legal intern at Brickell Biotech, Inc. Janelle holds a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Forensic Science from Penn State University.
