John D. Lombardo

John D. Lombardo has extensive experience in the automotive and customer service industries, currently serving as an Analyst in Credit & Portfolio and holding multiple roles at ACV Auctions since September 2018, including ACV Capital Audit Specialist and Senior VCI. Prior to this, Lombardo co-owned and managed Exit 11 Auto, Inc. from January 2012 to February 2018 and held the position of Sales Manager at Vincent Volkswagen Mazda from August 2007 to January 2011. Earlier experience includes customer service at Wegmans Food Markets from June 2001 to June 2007, where Lombardo was involved in a Service Management Program. Lombardo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from St. Bonaventure University.
