Joster MacEdo

Joster Macedo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Joster began their career as Vice-President at Macedo, Koerich S.A., a vertically integrated poultry company. Joster later became the Chief Executive Officer of the same company. Afterward, they served as Corporate VP & Country Manager at Tyson Foods, where they were responsible for all operations in Brazil.

Following their time at Tyson Foods, Joster held various interim finance director positions at construction companies, where they implemented administrative processes and streamlined operations. Joster then worked as the Interim Finance Director at Tecverde Engenharia Ltda, a civil engineering company, where they implemented various administrative processes and was responsible for all finance and administrative processes.

Joster then served as the CFO at Will Foods and later became the CFO at Power Drives Inc., where they also served as the Controller. In their role as CFO, they had direct responsibility for finance and administrative processes, including legal, HR, accounting, A/R, A/P, and procurement.

Joster's most recent role was as the Plant Controller at Niagara Chocolates. Currently, they are working as the Director, BU Controller at ACV Auctions.

Throughout their career, Joster has demonstrated their expertise in implementing and improving administrative processes, financial management, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Joster Macedo completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina from 1991 to 1995. Joster then pursued an MBA in Finance, General from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management between 1998 and 2000. Later, from 2016 to 2020, Joster obtained another Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, this time in Professional Accounting, from Canisius University.
