Kimberly Neal

Kimberly Neal has extensive experience in operations and sales management, currently serving as the Go To Market Operations Manager for Strategic Initiatives at ACV Auctions since April 2016. Kimberly has also held positions as Inside Sales Manager and Customer Success Manager within the same company. Since May 2022, Kimberly is a member of Pavilion, a professional community for growth-oriented operators, which offers peer-to-peer learning, training events, and career support. Prior to ACV Auctions, Kimberly worked as the Business Development Operations Manager at Jim Ball Cadillac Buick GMC from January 2007 to November 2015. Kimberly holds a Master's degree in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from Buffalo State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University at Buffalo.
