Ahmed Fahad

Ahmed Fahad currently serves as the Deputy Operations Head for the Central Asia Region at ACWA Power, focusing on achieving operational profitability and sustainable management in the region since February 2024. Previously, Ahmed held various significant roles at NOMAC, including Cluster Head Operations for Uzbekistan and Executive Director for NOMAC PAT Africa, overseeing renewable energy assets and operations across several countries. Prior experience includes engineering management positions at ENGIE, where responsibilities ranged from compliance and asset integrity for large scale power projects to outage management, and earlier roles at National Refinery Ltd and SUPARCO. Ahmed holds an Executive MBA and is pursuing a degree in Executive Leadership Transformation, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
