Bandar al Ameer

Bandar Al Ameer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bandar currently holds the position of VP Head of Corporate Compliance at ACWA Power since April 2021. Before this, they worked at the Saudi Stock Exchange (TADAWUL) from June 2016 to April 2021, where they served as the Head of Governance and Compliance and Head of Member Authorization and Oversight. Prior to that, they were the Head of AML & Sanction (FCC Compliance) at HSBC Saudi Arabia from September 2013 to June 2016. Bandar also worked at AL Rajhi Capital as a Senior AML Manager, Acting Head of AML Unit & Deputy CCO from April 2012 to September 2013. Bandar Al Ameer's experience includes their role as a Compliance Manager at Ithraa Capital from January 2009 to April 2012, and as an Investigator at MOI from March 2000 to September 2008.

Bandar Al Ameer attended King Fahad Security College from 1998 to 2000, where they earned a BSC degree in Security Sciences.
