Bodour Baeesa

Bodour Baeesa has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bodour currently holds the position of Vice President Rewards & Organization Effectiveness at ACWA Power, where they have been working since 2023. Prior to this, they served as Vice President Strategy Monitoring and Management Reporting at the same company.

Before joining ACWA Power, Bodour worked at SABB Bank for a significant period, starting in 2012. Bodour'sroles at SABB included Head of Cost and Investment Management, Head of Finance - Technology, Operations and Support Functions, Senior Manager Reward & Organization Design, Reward Manager, Treasury Market Risk Control Manager, and MIS, Reporting & Planning Manager.

Bodour also gained early experience in the finance and accounting field at Schneider Electric, where they worked as an Accountant - Receivables in 2012. Bodour began their professional journey as a Trainee at both SABB Bank and EY in 2011 and 2009 respectively.

Bodour Baeesa attended AlYamamah University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management Information Systems. In 2018, they briefly enrolled in The University of Hong Kong to obtain a Professional Certificate Introduction to FinTech, focusing on Economics and Finance.
