Jaime Soto

Jaime Soto serves as the Legal Executive Manager for Projects at ACWA Power since September 2021, following a notable position as the Regional Head of Legal for the Middle East at ACCIONA from September 2018 to August 2021. Prior to that, Jaime held the role of Senior Legal & Contracts Manager at FCC Servicios Ciudadanos from September 2016 to October 2018, and was with ABEINSA-ABENGOA for four years, contributing as Deputy Contracts & Risk and Contracts & Legal Advisor. Jaime began the professional journey as a Junior Legal Counsel at IBERDROLA INGENIERÍA Y CONSTRUCCIÓN and briefly worked as a Junior Legal Advisor at LÁBARO GRUPO INMOBILIARIO. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, an Intensive Course in American English from New York University, a General English and Legal English Course from The University of Edinburgh, and a Master’s Degree in Town Planning and Real Estate from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
